1. Choose your event category carefully; registrations are non-transferable and cannot be changed. Provide a valid phone number and email for communication.

2. Minimum ages and Eligibility crieteria: 21.1Km(Timed-Run): only for age 18 or above(born on and before 3 october 2007),10Km(Timed-Run): only for age 14 or above(born on and before 3 october 2011), 5Km(Non-Timed Run): only for age 10 or above(born on and before 3 october 2015. If registering a minor, you confirm you are their parent/guardian and have their consent. All rules apply as if they were adults.

3. Updates will be sent via WhatsApp or email. Do not treat these as spam.

4. Long-distance running can cause injury. You are responsible for your participation and waive any claims against the organizers.

5. Consult a physician and undergo a medical exam to ensure fitness.

6. You assume all risks, including falls, weather, and other event-related dangers.

7. Pickwell Textile Machinery Moon Run 6.0 is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from your participation.

8. Follow the organizers' instructions for safety and event management.

9. Stop running if instructed by race officials, medical staff, or volunteers.

10. Your name and media from the event may be used for publicity purposes.

11. Personal information may be used by the event organizers for administration and promotion.

12. Organizers may cancel or postpone the event due to weather, incidents, or restrictions.

13. Registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable and non-transferable. Organizers may reject applications, and refunds for rejected ones will exclude bank charges.

14. Runners must stay off the course after finishing the marathon.

15. No refunds will be given if you miss the race.

16. Participants must personally collect Bibs unless an absentee provides written consent.

17. Images will be checked, and not wearing your BIB results in disqualification.

18. Participation benefits are non-transferable and solely for the registered runner.

19. Registration of minors assumes parental consent.

20. Parking is at your own risk! . while space is available, the event organizers will not be responsible for the safety or security of parked vehicles.

       To help reduce traffic congestion and support sustainability, we strongly encourage carpooling or coming in shared vehicles whenever possible.

21. Note on Event T-Shirts:

       As mentioned earlier, the event T-shirt is a complimentary item and not part of the official race deliverables.

      Please note that late registrations (those who registered or paid after the deadline) may not receive a T-shirt.
